Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Squadron artwork produced for our military clients remains the property of the units concerned; it is never published without the explicit agreement of the command.

Personal data protection (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data.

Data collected

The contact / quote request form collects the following data:

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact details: email, phone
• Affiliation: squadron or company
• Project details: desired product, quantity, deadline

Purpose of processing

This data is collected for the sole purpose of:

• Responding to your quote request or enquiry
• Establishing a contract and a business relationship
• Managing orders, deliveries and invoicing
• Keeping you informed about your order (automatic sending of the tracking link)

Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) or legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Retention period

• Prospects (no order): 3 years after the last contact
• Clients: 10 years from the last invoice (legal accounting obligation, French Commercial Code L123-22)

Recipients

Your data is accessible only by AEROTRADITION and its technical service providers (Vercel hosting, Notion + n8n + Twilio automation for WhatsApp notifications). It is NEVER sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some service providers (Vercel, Twilio) are located outside the EU. Transfers are carried out within the framework of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Exercising your rights

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), contact us at info[@]aerotradition.com stating the purpose of your request and enclosing proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies, no intrusive third-party analytics and no advertising pixels. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, security) may be placed, and these do not require prior consent under art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

Applicable law

This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Avignon district (84).
